For the forth time we present the best “Sounds from Norway” at SXSW 2017. This year’s event is presented by Brilliance and Toothfairy, in association with INgrooves, Music Norway and the Royal Norwegian Consulate General in Houston. Six bands will fill the stage at Lucille on Rainey Street, you can expect everything from quiet indie folk to loud punk rock.
